SHIPPING POLICY
USPS or UPS MAY EXPERIENCE SHIPPING DELAYS THAT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL.
đ€  All Closet Chronicles US orders are processed within 1-4 business days (Monday-Friday). We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. International orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
đ€Â Shipping Time for U.S. orders (depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office):
- Priority Shipping: 1-4 business days
- Standard First Class Shipping: ï»żï»ż2-8 business daysÂ
đ€Â SHIPPING TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME.
đ€ Shipping Time for International orders (depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office):
- Priority Shipping: 10-14 business days
- Standard First Class Shipping: 14-30 business days
đ€ MISSING PACKAGES: Any packages that are lost/stolen/damaged are NOT the responsibility of Closet Chronicles. Once your package has been taken to the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS), Closet Chronicles releases liability and the shipping carrier is now responsible for any lost/stolen/damage packages. Please contact the carrier directly (USPS/UPS) for any lost/stolen/damaged packages. We'll be happy to assist with instructions on how to contact the carrier. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
- Any chargebacks made by the customer for packages that show proof of delivery will result in a lawsuit against the customer.
đ€Â ITEMS RETURNED TO SENDER: Customers are responsible for paying shipping cost to send items again when packages are returned to sender due to incorrect address or other errors. Customer will receive an email asking if you would like the item to be shipped again along with an invoice for the reshipment fee. If you no longer want the item it will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping fees. All shipping fees associated with the order are non-refundable.
