Return Policy
RETURN POLICY:
IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE WITH SIZING PLEASE USE THE CHAT FEATURE OR CONTACT US HERE.
We want you to love your items! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an approval of return for a store credit that never expires submit a return request at this link within 10 days of receiving an order. (See Final Sale item policy at the bottom of this page)
- Items must be returned with original tags attached and packing slip.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any damage (stains from makeup, stains from deodorant, or signs of wear).
- Please note - original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If you happen to return any package over $75, we recommend you purchase shipping insurance for the carrier in which you purchased your return label from. We cannot guarantee we will receive any packages sent back to us if there is no tracking information. Be sure to keep a copy of your tracking # for your records.
- Once the returned merchandise has been received at our warehouse, a store credit will be issued within 5 business days.
Steps for submitting return request:
- Log in to your account at this link. In the Email field, enter your email address and then click Continue.
- In your email, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email. Go back to the Closet Chronicles link and enter the code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than 1 item, then select the items that you want to return
- Select a return reason and add a note.
- Click Request return
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the roduct is returned, you will receive your store credit
Missing/Incorrect Items:
- If you are missing an item from your order or received an incorrect item, please contact us here within 48 hours of receiving your package. You will need to provide us with a photo of the packing slip and a photo of all the items in the package you received. If you cannot provide us with this photo, we will be unable to assist you.
Damaged Items:
- All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment for quality assurance. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, submit a damaged item request for approval here or contact us here.
- All damaged item claims must be unworn. Hangtags must still be properly attached (correct strings and placement) to the item.
- If an item is damaged AFTER WEAR (hangtags no longer attached correctly or signs of wear) Closet Chronicles no longer assumes liability. Once an item has been worn all damages are the responsibility of the customer.
- If an item happens to be damaged or defective when received, you must report it to us within 48 hours of the delivery date. ANY damages or defective items reported after those 48 hours will NOT be accepted. Please attach photos of the damaged items once you receive a reply from our returns team.
- Dependent upon the extent of the damage and if the item has been previously discounted (see Final Sale section), you may be offered one on the following options: refund, store credit, or exchange. If you are offered an exchange (dependent upon the type of damage) return shipping costs will be covered by Closet Chronicles.

- ALL CLEARANCE/SALE/DISCOUNTED/PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE (AS IS) AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR STORE CREDIT. PLEASE BE SURE TO CONFIRM THE SIZE/COLOR OF ITEMS BEFORE CONFIRMING PURCHASE.
